A woman has shared a detailed step-by-step guide for anyone trying to get out of an abusive relationship to Facebook.
The post was shared to Facebook by a woman named Maddie, according to , who split up the post into different categories including finances, work, possessions and housing while trying to escape an abusive partner.
Maddie, who appears to be from Australia, also gave her best advice on what to do after successfully leaving such a relationship, and how to go about coping once you have escaped the abusive partner.

Financial: The woman advised anyone in the situation to open a new bank account with a new email address, and to hide the card somewhere their partner won’t find it

She began the comprehensive guide by advising people how to handle their finances, as she recommended opening a brand Cr7vip new bank account with a new bank, and to collect the card from the bank an ‘hide it well’.
